Description

• Lead and manage EE team, define EE architecture of gaming products.

• Partner up with senior management and other teams on budget & resource planning.

• Work cross-functionally to enforce a supportable delivery schedule based on agreed requirements.

• Be a mentor and provide support to all team members.

• Responsible in technical development based on expected cost, schedule, sustainability etc.

• People management, including employee performance reviews and talents hiring.

• Develop and improve engineering processes, best practices and reviews.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years EE design experience.

• 5+ years experience in consumer electronics (IOT, embedded systems, cellphones, ARM-based, gaming)

• Experience in: PCBA & electrical design, EMC, USB, RF & Antennas, Battery Management ICs, DC-DC Regulators, LEDs & display driving circuit.

• 1 year+ team leading experience (small team would be good)

• Strong project planning and knowledge of manufacturing sites.

• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and verbally.
